There was a time in Mrunalini's life when pain did not feel useful or transformative. It was simply pain. Grief had entered her life, taken something with it, and left her looking at parts of herself she could no longer unknow.
But she could not leave it there.
Something in her kept going back in. To understand what experience touches, what it leaves behind, and how quietly it can begin shaping the person we take ourselves to be. That instinct became a way of living.
For nearly a decade, she has followed those questions through her own life, formal study and years of facilitation. Her foundation began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and deepened through training in Buddhist Psychology and Psychotherapy, Pranic Healing, Hypnotherapy, The Completion Process developed by Teal Swan, and Internal Family Systems developed by Richard Schwartz. Alongside this ran a wider inquiry into Hermeticism, Rosicrucian thought, Advaita philosophy, contemplative traditions and metaphysics.
Since 2020, she has facilitated individuals and groups across workshops, programmes, masterclasses, community and wellness spaces, while her professional work has also extended into culture, employee experience and wellbeing within the social-impact sector.
Across all of it, one question kept growing louder.
Mrunalini came to hold two things at once: a profound respect for the intelligence of what has shaped us, and an equally profound refusal to believe that what shaped us must become the full perimeter of who we are.
Her metaphysical worldview goes further. She sees human beings as expressions of a larger creative intelligence, capable not only of being shaped by life, but of taking part in what life becomes next.
That possibility feels especially charged to her in women.
Because when a woman becomes more available to her own intelligence, it enters what she creates, earns, chooses, leads, refuses, funds, loves and brings into form. Her internal life does not remain internal. It moves outward into the world she helps shape.

A decade of living it, studying it, practising it and witnessing it in others eventually demanded form.
