Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated · August 2026We keep this simple, and we mean it kindly. Seats in our sessions are limited, and the work asks for commitment. That shapes how we handle payments.
Payments are final
Once a purchase is made, we do not offer monetary refunds. Please decide with care before you reserve a place.
Your seat is not lost
If something arises and you cannot attend, write to us at least 24 hours before the session begins. You may either move your registration to the next available date of the same offering, once, at no cost, or transfer your seat to another person by giving us their name and email before the session.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Alchemize cancels a session, or moves it to a date you cannot make, you choose: a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days, or a seat in the next session.
