What we collect
When you purchase an offering: your name, email address and phone number, collected at checkout. When you join our newsletter: your email address. When you write to us: whatever you choose to share.
What we use it for
To deliver what you purchased, including sending joining details and materials. To respond when you write to us. To send the newsletter, if you asked for it, which you can leave with one click at any time. Nothing else.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card and banking details go directly to them and never touch our systems. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs that data.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that make our work possible, such as our payment provider and email service, and only to the extent they need it.
Your choices
Write to help@alchemize.co.in at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
